Leadership

Mr. BidyutMohanty is the secretary and head/founder of SPREAD. He is a post-graduate with an M.Phil in tribal studies and has two decades of experience working in Koraput district on tribal issues. He is directly involved in the programmatic aspects of SPREAD’s work, visiting the field regularly and acting in an advisory capacity for all project work.

Team

Our strength lies in our staff. 80% our members are from the communities we serve. Their talent lies in their deep appreciation for their communities' issues and the strong relationships they hold with community leaders and youth.

At present we have total 329 team members. At senior management level 26 members, at middle management level 55 members & 248 members at Gram Panchayat& village level.
